    There are plans in place to lift the Gallowgate end to put in another 8-10,000 seats..........heard it on the stadium tour I did last year. As for hotels etc, the club own the car park opposite the ground around the Metro. Club cannot build over by Uni as it blocks natural daylight onto domestic dwellings , hence the ground having one lower stand.
