    Hasn't England just won hosting duties by default? Russia was one of the alternatives and the third withdraw...?

    I realise it won't do a lot of good, football authorities are entirely immune to criticism, but if it's more organised it might at least get through to some people. A personal boycott would have no effect whatsoever beyond personal satisfaction.
