You do know it's not the phrase that's the issue, right? I assume this is just you being argumentative but come on.. At least use an ounce of intelligence.
Hang on, so you’re accusing other people of being argumentative ???? Hahaha that’s the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. Pot calling kettle me thinks……..
I'm responding to his claim a few pages ago that I was being argumentative, yes. Do you think instead of responding the way you've done, you could have had a constructive response? Or do you just want to start a needless back and forth for the sake of a cheap point?
Are you looking for an argument? I can only fit you in for a 7 min argument - I’ve got a meeting starting soon. But I will do my best….
Every club has their problems, (though these behaviours exist outside of football) - simply why don't the stewards / police do anything about it at the time?
Let's see how many turn up to games when every ****er who wanders on pitch to get one. It's still twatty behaviour, shouldn't be condoned and ultimately damages the club.
I’m not condoning it. I just think the reaction by some on here to a kid running on the pitch to get a selfie is disproportionate and pathetic.
Plastic. And on 'bottles' the club must sell thousands on a matchday. I've seen less then ten thrown onto the pitch all season, Ten too many, but come on its an over reaction. I don't recall this reaction when it happens at rugby, and it does. That was my point. I've seen mass fighting breaking out between fans during 'pitch invasions', at Craven Park recently and you don't get this sort of media reaction. Don't recall the club being heavily fined or under threat of ground closure either. Over reaction. Totally. End of from me.
Oh that’s okay then. So when we’re getting fines for it, and that cost transfers to our tickets, I can expect you to be cool with it because “boys will be boys”, yeah? Kids be kids, I can accept that. They don’t run onto an active football pitch on a whim. If he’s 10 (which I’m not sure he is), that means there was a parent or guardian there who okayed that and didn’t try to stop it. Or tried and failed miserably.
Parents of 10 year old can be idiots, Grandparents of 10 year old can be idiots, idiots cross the generations. I'm pleased there has been a backlash against the backlash against the youth though.
Interesting choice of language. Are you seriously drawing parallels between a kid running onto a football pitch with sexual assault?
