A couple of Dickens novels sum him up - he arrived with Great Expectations and is now leaving after Hard Times. Never impressed and never even looked like a footballer to me...
No - to counter the club's expectation that the mandatory option to buy at the end of the loan will no longer apply.
Poor ****ers Tufan back n Rose with him. Winder if Rose even wants to be playing or just does it for the dough.
Young player from Derby brought by Udinese. Wonder if he will end up here next season if we are in the Championship.
Udinese also signed James Abankwah, another Irish defender (you can tell from the name) who has stayed on loan at his Irish club so both of those likely to be on our books next season.
That's good to know. I feared that both names were Nigerian and we'd find ourselves swamped by them again on Facebook.
Well, they are both registered as Irish but I think they are young enough to change allegiances when it comes to full caps.
I think Foster may well think about retirement to be honest - and the other two, as much as I like them, lack consistency. If we get offered £25m for Dennis and the rumoured £35m for Sarr, I'd say grab it with both hands, regardless of which division we end up in next season.
Is someone getting a bit above their station? Maybe Troost Ekong needs to look at his performances to see why the manager isn't playing him!
Maybe clubs should all introduce a 'Blunder of the Month' award to make players more aware of their failings. I'm sure he would have won it a few times here...
