Keiron Maquires Leeds accounts shows that gate receipts match day revenue reached a peak in 2020 of just short of £20m
Sounds about right 23,000 season tickets holders @ £349 = 8.2 million 12,000 remaining tickets for 19 games @ £47 per seat = 10.9 million
You need to look at the bigger picture, how much is a corporate seat? I do know they have sent them out for next season with an increase of approx £500/seat, so all they have to be put into the equation.
This is now getting incredibly boring & tedious so apologies for not doing this much earlier. Matt just **** off will you and take your dodgy accounting and wummery with you
Small point - you & I are talking attendances, not capacity. If you have a ticket & don't attend, you don't get counted in the clicks. Looking at these numbers, I think I must have muddled 34,600 with 36,400. Can't say I concentrate too much at these ER announcements - I just cheers like all of the other diddys.
Correct, same as we have started winning without KP in the side, and winning with Jack Harrison in the starting 11. I would be happy if the same starting 11 played the rest of the games this season, if we were to win every one of them, (although obviously not possible with Bamford out injured again)
We could have signed Ollie Watkins, we signed Rodrigo instead for about the same, I know hindsight is great but one has halved in value, the other has doubled. If we went down I’d point the finger solely at poor signings and signings in questionable positions. I don’t know if that’s Bielsas fault or Orta or both. I know and understand the Bielsa requirements, it was great whilst it worked but now having a team of players in attack who “offer the other stuff” but don’t know how to find the back of the net is feeling painful. I’m not claiming Ollie would have solved our problems but he’d have been a better option than relying on Roberts for those games he’s played in the PL. On another note and Firpo, I see De Bock is returning from his loan, do we officially have the worst two LBs in the PL now?
I’d forgotten about De Bock. His career stats looked pretty good…but went downhill after he signed for Leeds On the rare occasions I’ve seen him play he’s looked better than Firpo - which isn’t too difficult to do admittedly.
Leeds UnitedEdit On 11 January 2018, De Bock signed for Championship club Leeds United on a four-and-a-half-year contract.[2] De Bock was handed the number 12 shirt. He made his debut for Leeds on 20 January 2018 in a dramatic 4–3 loss against Millwall.[3]
