Never gonna agree about pit bulls mate. In the wrong hands they are bad news, but no more dangerous that an Alsatian, Rottweiler or Doberman in the wrong hands. It all comes down to ownership and proper training
True on the owner situation. However if a Pit Bull gets hurt they tend to become aggressive and if off the lead that's dangerous, if on the lead then the owner has a better chance of regaining control but there's still a big risk due to the amount of aggression and the sustained aggression.
I’m not sure they automatically become aggressive if they get hurt ? It all depends on the dog, most dogs will cry and cower to their owners when they are hurt. I think all dogs should be on leads when they are in public tbh. They should only be off the lead in designated areas
Well I can only give my thoughts and experience I worked with highly trained dogs and I've spoken to a lot of people and breeders in my career. People tend to get a blindness to breeds they like but in my opinion and experience Pit Bull terriers are dangerous and should not be owned.
Most dogs will cry and seek attention, Pit Bulls have a tendancy to become aggressive. There's always going to be some that don't though but there's a pattern of behaviour there.
I would argue that pit bulls get a bad rep because of a few dick head owners. There are defo some breeds of dog that are not fit for ownership. But I wouldn’t include pit bulls in that. anyway, changing the subject. it’s happening …
I’m probs just gonna have it with some pickles and cheese tbh. No need to overcomplicate these matters
true dat I have tried explaining to the little ****er that she is mainly black but doesn't seem to help
Pic on food thread. My missus is vegetarian, so there’s no point me going all out with it. Might do a simple ham and pasta dish for the little un But otherwise yeah. Eat it like the Polish, cold with pickles
Yeah will do. I’ll probs flash fry it in the pan first too. You know what kids are like though, fussy ****ers. So it’ll just be pasta and ham without any ‘bits’
If you like Eastern European food @luvgonzo Tesco do these sausages. They are nice and dry with good bite. I’ve got Polish in-laws, so when we go over there we get treated to the best air dried meats etc. Breakfast is a wonder. That air dried ham, air dried sausages, pickles, cheese (hard and soft) herring and roll mops, various barley and rye breads etc.
100% on the owner. If you don't teach your dog any aggression and train any bad aggressive traits out of it early on then you'll have a nice friendly dog whatever the breed.
The only bit I disagree with you. I've never had any of my dogs on a lead. They just walk out the house with me and do their own thing. I only do that because of the training I've put into them which gives me 100% trust that my dog isn't a danger to any human or animal.
