Interesting listen, worth doing if you have a spare 6 minutes... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15482739.stm
Funny you should say interesting listen, because although he said some interesting things, I have to say that I find Tony Mowbray irritatingly boring. Not his fault, of course, all mine. I'm sure he's a lovely chap, but he just gets me that way. I had to end it with several minutes still to play.
Apologies, I should have put: Interesting* * denotes - Interesting IF you can make it to the end while being A) Awake, B) Sober, or C) Alive.
Not your fault at all. I accept that it's all mine. But am I alone, thinking this..? Today, when I listened in, I was in severe danger of failing A, before I switched off, and had I'd left it until this evening, I probably would have failed B, as well. Prolonged exposure to various interviews with TM, might mean C comes into range.
If mowbray told every one he had a conjoined twin attached to his stomach. And that he had been covering his mutant twin all his life, but now wants to set him free. I still wouldn't give a ****, his voice is so monotone it bores me to ****.
Wow.. I think Andy murray is getting a little bit more better in his interviews in comparison.. to mowbray.. wow!! that was boring
When I first heard he wanted to test our credentials, I thought Boro would come and play open football and give us some room. It now appears they are defensive (nothing wrong with that but probably won't suit us as much) and I'm a bit concerned as we aren't as free scoring as we were earlier in season.
I understand your concern although I think it is only a matter of time until it clicks and we give a team a thumping. Hoping it is on Saturday! I also think we are missing Lallana's creativity.
Adkins says he hopes Adam will be available for Saturday, but he wasn't in training shots and Nigel just said he'd been running again. My guess is he won't play but Nigel doesn't want to give the game away, but hey, what do I know. Love being top so much, I can't even accept being second, so now returned to being a typical Saints worry-wort.
The last time we lost a game, against Cardiff, we bounced back and thrashed Watford 4-0 a few days later. Maybe we won't thrash 'Boro, but beat 'em we will. If Lallana is back, a thrashing is more likely.
Yes, I heard him on the Beeb earlier defending Tevez. If I had him representing me in a tribunal I'd worry the judge would fall asleep!
