Just opened the BBQ up after a winter under cover in the garden. Can confirm green fluff, white fluff and a stench that's bad. Closed the lid and set the gas to high for an hour to kill/burn it all off
Did simple chicken marinated in a shawarma mix. Chopped up and into some pitta couldn’t taste the white fluff.
This is the mix, use it all year. just mix with a bit of oil to help. Is doing beef then one part white wine vinegar is good to help marinate
If you have a Lidl nearby then go buy that ham it's superb. Looking forward to a simple ham sandwich with it tomorrow.
You grilled that ham on your bbq ? Does it come in big slabs, or have you cut it that way ? Got a pic of the packet ?
