Yes I saw that clip. I wasn't sure at the time whether it was genuine so didn't post but it seems to be. It does seem odd though that the plane was in a nosedive. Not going to speculate any further but I do have my suspicions.
A pig's ear has been found on Millbrook estate, maybe one of the locals dropped their purse... https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/20010942.severed-ear-found-southampton-animal/
After cordoning off the area for 24hrs our local boys in blue have confirmed it was a pig's ear not a human ear. You would think there is one thing the police should be able to identify and that's the ear of a pig. Pig's ear Human ear please log in to view this image Officers do not believe there to be a wider threat to the public, but have urged some of the locals to be vigilant.
Allo, Allo, Allo, what's this ear then? Move along nothing to see hear. We are looking for one Luis Suarez, if you see him do not approach.
Really? Do people really think the police saw a pigs ear, thought "**** it, we'll stick a scene watch on for 24hrs draining man power we don't have, because we know its a pigs ear but hey, it's only tax payers money. Or... There was a partially damaged/decomposed piece of flesh found on an estate by a member of the public who called it in. The amount of Forensic teams on duty at the weekend are massively reduced so no one can come quickly. The shift Inspector for that day knew they'd be hung out to dry if it was the start of a murder enquiry and they'd just picked it up because it looked like a pigs ear, and cracked on, losing all forensic potential. The Daily mail would have a field day "Bungling cops miss vital clue in the murder of Jane Doe as they thought it was a pigs ear" Come on.
The police have hardly covered themselves in glory in recent years especially the Met, so your first option is not inconceivable. I'm surprised they even bothered to show up. Incompetence, racism, over reaction/under reaction or just plain criminal are amongst the many accusations levied at the police in recent times. I've defended them in the past but now I find it difficult to do so. What does the saying pigs ears mean? noun. something that has been badly or clumsily done; a botched job (esp in the phrase make a pig's ear of (something))
Here’s the little girl who was filmed keeping spirits up in a shelter in Kyiv. Amelia and her family have made it to Poland and she was asked to sing the Ukrainian national anthem at a fundraising gala. If you’re not in bits after watching this you have no soul.
A man who lived in a block of flats thought it was raining and put his head out the window to check. As he did so a glass eye fell into his hand. He looked up to see where it came from in time to see a young woman looking down. "Is this yours?" he asked. She said, "Yes, could you bring it up?" and the man agreed. On arrival she was profuse in her thanks and offered the man a drink. As she was very attractive he agreed. Shortly afterwards she said, "I'm about to have dinner. There's plenty; would you like to join me?" He readily accepted her offer and both enjoyed a lovely meal. As the evening was drawing to a close the lady said, "I've had a marvellous evening. Would you like to stay the night?" The man hesitated then said, "Do you act like this with every man you meet?" "No," she replied, "only those who catch my eye."
Actually I went out with a girl with a glass eye. Her name was Iris. You can’t get more cornea than that.
