Its a clip taken from a vid of the making of a Russian rappers video (name translates as 'Husky') from a few years ago. There have been other 'its all made up' video clips posted online, using bits of films and dramas to try and make out its a peaceful Anschluss. Doesn't take long on a reverse image search to ID the originals. There's plenty of open source stuff available, including satellite imagery and mobile vids with identifiable backgrounds.

That gave the Ukrainians plenty of reason to dislike Russia, without any need for US help - and for a longer term reason for Ukr antipathy to Russia, read up on the Holodomor. Yanukovych fled to the Donbas region. The fall of Yanukovych is why Russia stirred up the Donbas and sent the Wagner PMC in to help. As to full of Neo Nazis, that's the Azov Bn. Any more?
