All three of them brought something to the table and they all had very good periods for the club too. You should hang your head in shame, comparing them to Balotelli who was as much use as a chocolate tea spoon!
They all did a job, but I'm talking about characters and not being people I really wanted associated with the club. All three gave more to the club than Balotelli... But I was a bit embarrassed to call them Liverpool players because of their characters.
Johnson got some awful criticism as a lad who wanted to run forward but wasn't as good a defender. It was an odd thing given he was clearly rafa's choice. bellamy was an odd one twice. again it was what it was, he did quite well first time round and second time round was a different kettle of fish totally. I never really got the johnson abuse. Johnson has nothing to do with the implosion caused by G&H and he was rafa's want. expansive too. Everyone wanted ore attacking LFC side no? anyway, what was the original point about? putting clubs and players on podiums and not being critical even though we should be and it was the chelsea situation that brought it up. My actual point was yes we all go a bit club blind and idolise people when they don't deserve it.
In short Unless we win the quad, and even that might not be enough, but you are never actually going to be satisfied with our lot at LFC
It was before he joined the club. ****ing thief. Used to steal crap from stores (despite being a millionaire). Even got caught once stealing a toilet seat from B+Q. He used to steal because he thought it was funny. (And because he was untouchable because he's famous) It's one thing to steal because you're starving. To feed the family... Another thing because you're an entitled millionaire who wants a laugh. Never wanted him at the club... He did a good job, but he's a twat.

Dunno who they were playing but like you say if he's available for us in the league then nothing lost.
