Aye, if I get away today that'll be me done with this dump for good. **** knows what'll happen with this new job or if I stay with the same company. If I'm with the same mob as I am now, I suspect I'll be on here quite a bit as they have **** all work for me. Really, really don't want to go back to working on ****ty boats from the 70's. ****ing hate them and all the ******ed ****s who have to work on them because they are too much of a ****-up to work on the rigs please log in to view this image
My mate in the MN is constantly complaining about the old boats he has to work on. He's currently in Brazil. We'll you earn to much money anyhoo V so just stick wit the same company just to come on here
I hated working on the boats, full of ****s and generally total pieces of ****. If my current mob had something decent lined-up or I trusted them to get something decent lined-up then I'd stay with them. But I know how ****ing useless they are. Plus this new company are light-years ahead contracts and training wise. My current company have had me sitting at Level 1 for 4 years now because they're afraid if they put me up to level 3 or 4 for Condition Monitoring that I'll jack it in with them and move on. Instead I'm leaving because they never bothered

If it's a bird then I'm Dean Martin's pickled left testicle come back from beyond to save humanity from zombie parrots. It's a sad **** pretending to be a bird. Probably Pope
Aye ma mate goes on about all the foreign ****ers he needs to work with. He can't stand the dutch. Who can right enough. The blamess, finger pointing arogant ****flaps My mates back home at the mo. He's at the Nautical College in Glasgow. He seems to get good training by the looks of it
My company are ****ing morons. I got 94% in the level 1 exam and 95% in the level 2 pre-requisite exam you'd think they'd go "this boy knows his stuff, get him trained and do our hardest to keep him" instead they just **** me about and bullshit me. They can get away with that with all the *****loid winders/fitters in the workshop who are basically spanner monkeys but I'm not ****ing daft. I had a look at the distance learning courses on that Nautical College website but I've got over 200 transferable credits from Aberdeen Uni. Think I'm going to pick up a few courses in Engineering/Seismology at the OU and get into the oil exploration side of things. You can earn about ã250K a year in the Middle East doing that, could do a 3 year shift out there then retire.
