Season So Far. I'll start with the home team, West Bromwich Albion. Premier League. West Brom, managed by our former manager Roy Hodgson, have had a solid campaign so far. They had a poor start to the season with 3 defeats from their opening three games. However, they put in good performances against Manchester United and Chelsea but it wasn't enough as both United and Chelsea ran out 2-1 winners. A lat-minute loss against Stoke left the Baggies bottom after 3 games. Since then, they have had mixed results. They have beaten Norwich City, Wolves and Aston Villa but lost to Swansea and Everton. Between these results, they picked up draws against Fulham and Sunderland. After all of this, they sit 12th with 11 points. Carling Cup. After some poor results at the start of the season, the Carling Cup gave Roy Hodgson a chance to get some wins and push forward. They faced Bournemouth in the second round of the cup and ran out 4-1 winners. A double from striker Marc-Antoine Fortune helped them through to the third round. They were drawn against Everton in the third round. Both teams put out fringe sides but it was Everton who went through after a stunning extra-winner from Phil Neville. This gave Everton a 2-1 victory and left West Bromwich Albion to concentrate on the league. And i'll move on to the away team, Liverpool FC. Premier League. Liverpool have had a solid start to the season. We currently sit 6th in the league with 15 points from 9 games. Wins against Arsenal, Bolton, Wolves and Everton have been mixed in with draws with Sunderland, Manchester United and Norwich City. We are all aware that our problem has been finishing teams off and the three draws against Sunderland, Manchester United and Norwich City show this clearly. Liverpool have been playing well this season and if we can start taking more of the chances we gain, we will push up the league. Carling Cup. As you know, we aren't in Europe this season so the Carling Cup and the F.A cup will take on added significance. We are into the quarter-finals of the Carling Cup after wins over Exeter City, Brighton and Hove Albion and Stoke City. We kicked off the campaign with a 3-1 victory over Exeter City. Kenny Dalglish picked a strong side and was rewarded with goals from Suarez, Maxi and Andy Carroll. A late goal from Daniel Nardiello left the game at 3-1. This got us a game with Brighton which we won through goals from Craig Bellamy and Dirk Kuyt. This game also marked the return of the captain, Steven Gerrard. We then travelled to Stoke to take on the Potters. A stunning goal from Luis Suarez cancelled out Kenwyne Jones opener and another Suarez goal meant that we went through to the quarter-finals. Team/Injury News: West Brom are without striker Shane Long who will be sidelined for up to six weeks with the knee injury he suffered against Aston Villa. Somen Tchoyi or Simon Cox could partner Peter Odemwingie up front. Liverpool will leave it as late as possible before deciding if Luis Suarez is fit enough to play after suffering an ankle knock against Stoke. But Steven Gerrard and Glen Johnson are both available after missing the Carling Cup tie. West Bromwich Albion 0 - 2 Liverpool FC Goalscorers: Liverpool... Charlie Adam: 9th minute. First game of the season I wont be watching Got to go to a Halloween party with my 2 year old. ****ing kids....
Hand blessed hand, caressed A blushing rose, her face Her breast alive The elfin nose, a diamond set A kiss upon perfection Bore a rise of pulse To coach a sultry moan Across a mellow breath of wine He knew; he sensed And easing loose a clasp of lace Another sign of her relenting Wild the play of eyes A fuller glide of skin He felt the now begin Her swell, intention in the sigh And so to hedge his move upon the cue The cry of deep anticipation Waxing all he saw Tho’ not for us to view Arrived, emotion raw
