Starting right along side his old team mate on row three non other than LH. who would have guessed that?
Don't think anyone could guess anything atm. And where we are now may be completely different in a couple of months time. It could be a crazy season.
I think we've learned the ferrari has extremely good low end traction. They've spanked red bull coming out of the slower corners. The merc I don't think we can officially call under powered as their aero is killing them. The red bull and ferrari are quite close but I have not seen the verstappen fastest lap. Le clercs though looks almost on rails. Just a little bit of snap when putting the power down at times. Other wise it sailed through corners and went over kerbs and was exactly where.it was pointed. Extremely stable and planted.
I am very happy with the Ferrari resurgence. They have had some tough years but the sport needs them up there. I like both of their drivers too. I am also very pleased to see a Haas so far up the grid, with Magnussen at the wheel. Hope Albon puts in a good performance from 14th.
I am a Williams fan , and I know it shouldn’t matter in the slightest . But I find the colour scheme SO uninspiring !
Its been a tough weekend as a McLaren fan as there was a quiet confidence coming too to this. The car looked lovely at Barca- but has been absolutely nowhere in Bahrain. Let’s see how they go on a long race now but I think there’s gonna be a lot of analysis required after this weekend.
This is it. 5 or 10 laps to tell us if this design has actually worked or if we are locked into yet another era of no passing. Pleeeeease just work.
