Not sure the efl rules cover backers/investment of/in parent companies do they?

 

if you don’t declare the source of the investment it’s an auto 9 point deduction I think….

The funds are going from the media company which is the source of the investment, but not sure if he can efl rules etc go deep enough to backers of the media company. As you say others will clarify I'm sure

Maybe there will be a pre-agreed share issue based on certain condtions being met.?

Maybe backers receive a stake in Acun Medya in-kind that somehow bypasses EFL declarations?

Time has a habit of telling all....

Sokoto, when I asked did Acun have partners in the background ... and was told definitively he hadn't, seems those that 'were ITK' weren't actually 'ITK' or were being just tight lipped lol.

Given the supposed activity planned, the guy obvs has a rich benefactor waiting in the wings, or isn't declaring a huge amount of savings !

 

Fairly sure that it was posted on here that Acun's company was the sole buyer of Hull City.

 

I know I've said this before, but Acun was said to have a £100m fortune.

If true, then he would have to be crazy to buy a football club in our position.

He has backers, you can be sure of that.
