    Government minister on BBC news ( not sure who he was but he lied) just said that P&O should not be allowed to fire and rehire , I thought they voted against such a bill late last year . More hypocrisy

    The P&O catastrophe sounds reminiscent of the Govs 'hands off' approach when British Gas sacked - and then rehired staff on vastly inferior contracts. :emoticon-0183-swear
