I remember him. He was quality and a great for Liverpool. He was always in the village pub that I go to and always had a pint in his hand. Hopefully he gets through it and makes some life changes.
My dad speaks of him and keegan often, how they had this telepathy between them that he likens to Cole and yorke at utd when I was a kid. Hes a big fan of toshack, he's deffo one of his icons
I've met loads of them through my old man. Grobbelar was another one a few year back I was introduced too. I'll stop name dropping now
He is like, proper baller there just waiting for klopp and pep ljinders to unlock from the shackles of top 4 is a trophy arsenal and and win some ****. How age is he.? 24?
What about Crouchy? You'll know him. His bird is daft for dogs and they used to come here and drop loads of stuff off for the kennels. She's even nicer in real life Crouchy is a proper bore. No craic at all.
I'm not his biggest fan... and by some distance... he's no Claudio ... but he did bring us the FA Cup for the first time in our history and after four losing post war finals ... so he'll have my backing until he leaves us ... On the plus side, he does give young players a chance, which I'm all in favour of ... but his tactics often leave me bemused and, at times, irritated ... but looking at it completely dispassionately ... two fifth placed finishes and an FA Cup for a club of our size are things that some fans would even regrow man titties just to have a sniff at ... so he's obviously doing something right ...
I'm around fella ... just very busy ... it's a work thing ... so as familiar and tangible to you as Unicorn excrement or rainbow milk...
