Went there years ago whilst working away. Finally plucked up the courage to talk to a fit bird. Bought her and her mate a couple of drinks. I tried putting them on the table near where they was dancing. Only noticed at the last second it wasn’t a table, but a sloping hand rail. I watched (in slow motion it seemed) the drinks slide down, flip up and splash over them. Glass all over the dance floor. Saw the bouncer walking toward me. He didn’t need to. Never said a word, I just took my northern monkey arse back to my hotel room and had a really sad ****.
We went to see Magic goes wrong at the weekend. It’s the same production team that made The play that goes wrong. Really good fun. Probably not to everyone’s taste, but we enjoyed it.
watched the play that goes wrong, it was okay, a few laughs but a bit too slapstick. A bank robbery gone wrong but the same production team is a lot funnier and far wittier
