I’ve just switched to a water meter and will save at least £300 per year

LEEDS STARLET LEAVES FOR PL RIVAL, 8 MONTHS AFTER SIGNING ELLAND ROAD DEAL

Alfie Hughes has left Leeds United for Premier League rivals Newcastle with his Elland Road contract due to expire at the end of this season, as reported by The Chronicle.
Just eight months ago, Hughes was putting pen to paper on a professional contract at the West Yorkshire giants.

At the time, few would have predicted that a technically-gifted winger snapped up from bitter rivals Manchester United would be packing his bags and heading elsewhere one year later.
But, rather than sign another extension, Hughes has opted to move up north to Newcastle instead. According to The Chronicle, the teenager has joined Newcastle’s academy and has already made his first appearance in Magpies colours. He impressed in Monday’s 1-0 victory over Birmingham City’s U23s.

It is not certain whether Hughes pushed for a move to Newcastle or whether it was Leeds who decided to bring his time at Thorpe Arch to an end, opting against offering him a new deal with those professional terms expiring in July.

Don't forget to use less water in your toilet cistern. You can adjust how much it fills up.

British nationals, mostly senior citizens struggling to pay their energy bills, the British government encouraging every Tom, Dick and Abdul to get in a dinghy get themselves across the channel to the meet and greet border farce waiting to pick you up, there's a nice posh hotel of your choice and a good few quid spending money all paid for by the British taxpayer
    The place is ****ed

My opinion is the same i don't see G.B as a country anymore. Seems the only way to get anywhere is to lie and cheat.

How do you make a profit on the U23s if they never make it to the first team?

Ask rads he said leeds would develop players to sell on. Orta knew this method and set about bringing them in. Summerville and greenwood and drameh should be worth something. But it costs money to run these teams. How much is gelherdt worth now i think he cost about a million.
To me i can't see how selling a few u23s will fund the 16s.18s and 23s.

Last season we sold Casey and Huggins, not for massive cash but the sell on% are huge. This means the club gets top potential for cheap cash and a potential big sale price, minus 30% or even 50% to Leeds.

Summer will see lots going who the club feel will not make it under the new regime. Will be some surprise names I reckon. Could be players like Summerville, McCarron, Jenkins, Drameh and some never got to show what they can di due to first team i juries and sitting on the bench instead of playing for the 23s
