Yes, but we've also got big players out in all areas. The game vs them was a close affair and this is away at a tough ground.
Tripps and Wilson were obvious, we don't need them right now. We really could use ASM back to rape that Everton defence. I hope to christ we play 4-3-3 though, not 5 at the back.
Everton will try and press and it's whether Newcastle can pick the holes.. Tottenham did it perfectly, but I don't think newcastle will. I see a very tight intense game
We've beaten better opposition already. We'll likely have the same team who played Southampton. That will be good enough. Unless we're going to be cynical and assume we're Everton's ticket out of a bad run, I see no reason why we wont win this. Chelsea, a champions league side, only just managed to be a very depleted version of our team, and they were lucky in doing so. If our team is stronger than last week, I see us beating Everton. There's no reason why we shouldn't be confident of a victory.
They beat arsenal and Leeds at home and were robbed vs man City. No reason I agree, but there's really just not much between the two sides I anything at all. Just on the day.
They've lost 4 in a row. How long ago were those victories? It will probably be a close game tbh, but I still think we'll win. We have more reason to be confident than them. We really should be unbeaten still throughout 2022.
None of that really matters they've got about what 9 points less over 29 games, so the difference really is marginal. Our game vs them not long ago now was tight and I expect the same. Just who plays best or gets the rub of the green on the day I reckon.
Over the last 10 games we're 3rd in the form table, they're bottom. Tory Frank has managed to make them worse than Rafa somehow
I do have a horrible feeling this one will have another controversial ending, involving poor decisions by the ref/VAR. Oh and just for clarity, NOT in our favour!!
Like I say Everton will a tough game we've scraped a few hard fought wins, but are still pretty **** and have our best players out Everton will really go for the throat tonight, its away under the lights and their crowd will be rocking.. Its a different place to play. They've been asking for messages from fans for the players... They're going to be up for it
