season ticket renewal showing up in account history on eticketing now so get checking everyone mine says it renewed as on DD scheme

Yes, our renewals are also on mine and my wife's account history, £5.00 cheaper than last season, but no emails

 

i clicked resend email it sent confirmation but on DD it got last years dates on them guess emails are due very soon

 

I just checked the price for last year and it's £5.00 cheaper this year. It must be a mistake because I read the prices were going up

 

hopefully they decided not too after the fans meeting

Hmmm, it's gone now. It was under the little person icon then Account History but it's disappeared

Edit: by 'disappeared' I mean the whole account history option has disappeared not just what it said about next year's season card.

I think you are right Marcus, i just assumed a price hike. Although I won't hold my breath for a price fall, I reckon they are testing the system and put an arbitrary figure in to prevent wholesale outrage

 

Surely they're not so amateurish as to test a system by sending duff info.to people's live accounts?

 

There will be hell on when the prices go up after they have teased a fiver reduction by mistake

 

It was there yesterday with yesterday's date and gone today so there must be an explanation for it.

Ticketmaster have dropped a few bollocks lately and may be testing their systems in preparation for next season sales, I don't really see much wrong with that apart from a lack of communication either by the club or Ticketmaster

 

Well,I'm no expert on these things,but I would have expected they would have had some kind of dummy way of checking the efficiency of their systems without having to use live account data. My guess would be that this is some kind of error when someone has pushed a button to send stuff out without meaning to.

 

Me neither, I reckon you are right with the mistake, I just don't understand how or why they would price it as they did. I assume the price change has been entered manually as it was different to previous years.
I guess we will never know so I don't intend to lose any sleep over it.
