from what I’ve heard some/most of these amazing pics we see…it’s not what one sees with the naked eye…the camera picks up the true colours

This poor creature just got washed up on my local beach. When I say just it looks like it’s been dead in the water for a while.

I think it’s a juvenile pilot whale. Have informed the local wildlife trust who are on their way down to assess it.

 

Think I’ve seen her in Watford Oceana.

Yeah, a few years back the northern lights were very visible from where I live. So off I went with my camera up to the highest darkest point I could find. Sat there for ages and saw **** all.
Off the top of my head I think there's some sort of long exposure technique you need to use to capture the image.
Can see **** all with the naked eye.

 

Loads of northern lights in Amsterdam cafes.
