I'm not saying he is awful, but just average. I think he would do the job. But, if we got rid I wouldn't care too much

OK but I'm trying to say is that he wasn't ''average'' against Man United nad Tottenham.. he was MORE than that. He was outstanding when he filled in for Nolan in those two games but unfortunately got injured in the Man United game late on so he couldn't contine his run of form.

When he's fit and full of confidence I think he'll be a bit more than ''average''. <ok>

Maybe, but I can't see him ever getting a run in our team with Tiote/Cabaye here. Plus we will probably sign another centre mid when Smith leaves. Maybe its in his best interests to move on

True, his contract expires at the end of the season.. same with Lovenkrands who should get released hopefully. Guthrie I'm mixed.. yes he can have his 'mares(West Brom/Wigan last season) and yes he's injury-prone.. but surely he's got something in his locker yet? He's still 24..

Yeah, decent cover like. Hopefully Lover, Smith will get released (can't see them being kept on) and the likes of Perch, Ranger will **** off somewhere else

Would make sense. Although, wouldn't wish Perchy on anyone, especially Hughton :p lol

    Maybe Calderwood at Hibs haha

Oh yeah it was Calderwood right who wanted him? Erm.. there is a few promising youngsters up at Hibs IMO. The likes of Booth(young LB), Hanlon(young CB), Wotherspoon(young RM.. on FM11 he turns out to be quality in the future) and Galbraith who I think is a two-footed winger would all be decent signings. <ok>
