Already a case in Poland of a 49 year old man offering a place in his home to a 19 yr old girl. He has now been arrested for rape.
"It costs £127 per person per day to house an asylum seeker in a hotel however the Home Secretary has highlighted that, due to infrastructure problems, there is a difficulty in finding permanent accommodation." They're offering a poxy £350 per month.. When will we see the MP's putting them up in their own homes?.......er never.
What they should do first is take their second homes off the mps But then they should remind you all that these folks are in an awful state
At this point the propaganda war in Ukraine means nothing can be believed. The yank satellite images might be the sole factual evidence available. The Ukrainians have claimed they destroyed 4 planes, 3 choppers.and an assortment of drones. Zero imagery to back it. They have claimed to have destroyed 200 vehicles somewhere. Again zero imagery. Yet a couple days ago they had drones over a few tanks that they apparently hit with rockets as a propaganda coup Right now being untruthful is as bad as admitting you are losing. Nobody seems to know what's going on right now in terms of real advanced in this war.
I also see the government priorities are clear as full on riot police clear roman ambramovich's belgravia mansion. Not for the fact that it's illegal to occupy building but because of the disturbance to the posh tarts who live that way. Typical innit.
As someone who continually gives sports journos down-the-banks I thought I'd include this as a counter-balance. I don't agree with it all, but it's a thoughtful look into the current crisis over club ownership. Too long to c&p so you'll have to click. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/60734095
and one who has always stood out though when i watched him playing table tennis i never expected this bollocks link doesn't work

Tbh, when Abramovich took over I didn't know a great deal about him - apart from a vague understanding of the dodgy dealings that brought him his wealth - but the bribery and corruption that has come to light over the years really condemns him. It's almost funny that he continues to deny close ties with Putin when those ties have been well-documented for decades.
All trophies won by Chelsea under him were won with blood money. Simple really. Burn that club to the ground.
They had a banner of Abramovich against a Russian flag up at their last game. Unbelievable. If they insist on having a banner for him, why not just have one saying - thanks for everything, goodbye.
