For all the arrogant "easy-win" types, Watford won at Villa Park less than a month ago. They also didn't play in mid-week. They're fighting for survival, plus we can't kill off teams for sh*t. They'll give us a game.
Correct, I’m a little worried but his one, and they have had some good results ad Roy still is a pretty good manager. Attacking they have some very good players who could hurt us. You know what, I thought we would lose on Thursday, I never posted in the match day thread as i wondered if id be accused as negative or anti Ralph! I do think we need a good result in this one, maybe it is thinking of the old saints of last year, but when we go on bad runs, they are diarrhoea type bad runs. I do wonder if Watford will sit back and counter, and lets face it, they need points more than we do, so would like to see Ralph have a strategy to deal with this approach, as if we dont play into their hands, i think they will play into pour and try to come at us. Weirdly, id like us to try to play on the counter, plenty of pace on the wings, AA also included. As for prediction, this one haven’t a clue, i can see all three results, although experience tells me only one will come true.
They won't be. Hodgson is not daft enough to take us on with open, flowing football. They will sit back and look to frustrate us. It would be stupid to underestimate them which you seem to be doing.
Not just that he’s not daft enough, but also that he knows little else. He could be playing against the local primary school’s U11 C team and he’d still set up to keep it solid at the back and hope to sneak one at the other end
