In 24 hours we have had 4 newbies posting strange things and dodgy links. The fact they are all newbies makes this very suspicious and there must be a connection. I have asked for these to be checked out to see if any connection can be established. I delete any I see and report them and so far all have been banned.

However, I'm not on-line all day so I would be very grateful if you could PM me if you see anything suspicious. If it looks highly suspicious (eg with a link) please copy in Cyprussydsafc.

    Many thanks
    Ron.

Is this when you come onto this site or any site Rocky? If the former, you shouldn't be getting them now.

It didn't stop you accessing the site. It was warning that there could be a danger. In fact there was no danger accessing the site as long as you didn't find the offending link(s) and visit dodgy sites.

Once the links were removed (and the offending posters banned) and Google re-scanned the site the warnings were removed.

My bad that screen did come up I didn't want to click to continue into the site as was alarmed that something obviously wasn't right.

You weren't alone Luke; I didn't either until I could find out what was happening.

Yep. I went onto another horse racing forum where I know some of the members and asked one of them if they knew what as happening on Not 606. They were on the Not606 Horse Racing Forum as well and posted me the announcement that informed all those on line what caused the malware warning and reassured all that there was no virus on the Not 606 site. Also that when Google re-scan the site the warning would be removed. With that I logged on. Otherwise I would have stayed off.
