Arsene Wenger says he likes to have a look at not606 to see what the fans are saying. He says that goonercymraeg seems a nice chap but Piskie is a right ****
Great work GoonerC .. edge of the seats stuff by the sound of it I hope the questions do not let up in their directness and intensity, we should not be allowing the board free reign to gloss over our issues. All out attack ... attack I say !!
Samir - I think they've always said money is available for the right player, I accept they've never put a figure on it which in my opinion is correct, but I think they've been consistent in their messages over the years that if AW wanted to buy a player the money would be made available. Whether you believe them or not is another thing, but I do think they've been consistent on their communication
Look chaps, Wenger says he will only buy players that will improve the squad and that he won't pay over inflated prices. the board have continually said there is money for Wenger to spend if he so chooses. For me this is not rocket science, it never has been. Stadium debt is not an issue, it never has been, we have it set as long term debt at a more than manageable rate, people quoting this as a reason why Wenger is not splashing the cash are misguided and naive. Wenger simply doesn't want to spend the money he know he needs to spend to land the players we need to take us to the next level and because his job is safe he will continue his crusade to prove everyone that his way is the right way for us. When Wenger wanted the money the board sanctioned £16m for Arshavin, there is cash to spend, there always has been, Wenger is playing silly buggers at the moment, that is the issue.

I read some stuff by this guy about the meeting http://twitter.com/#!/bbcsport_david and he made it sound like everyone is fully behind the manager. Was this the case?
