So did anyone expect us to have 31 points on 11/03/22.

Since that Cambridge loss where Yasir Al-Rumayyan went into the dressing room look at our form. Something has to have been said. Like a mahoosive bonus or something.

    Last 8 games 20/24 points.
    Previous 19 games 11/57 points.

    That is just incredible.

It was implausible given our prior form. How anyone could reasonably have come up with that prediction.

Unless of course they just say we will win regardless of the facts and form.

For the record since the Leeds win bar last night on each match day thread I did say we would win each game. But more out of momentum than actual confidence.

Completely agree. I felt we'd be safe, but not at this trajectory. Momentum/confidence is incredibly powerful; we've been second best for large parts against Villa, Brighton and So'ton, yet won all three.

Looking at the results, who'd have thought that demoralising Cambridge result would now be utterly irrelevant! TBF I think both DPP and Chaos said as much at the time.

I was very worried at the end of December, just didn't look good and those 4 fixtures at the end of the season looked scary but not anymore and probably won't even matter,I've been saying for a few weeks now that if we broke 30 points this month we'd be fine,we might even do better than the 3 I was hoping for!

    Chelsea (A) - L
    Everton (A) - W
    Spurs (A) - L
    Wolves (H) - D
    Leicester (H) - W
    Norwich (A) - W
    Liverpool (H) - L
    City (A) - L
    Arsenal (H) - D
    Burnley (A) - D

12 more points would do the trick?

But I think 2 more wins and a few draws would be enough. 40pts.
