Onions, tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, likkle bit cumin powder, fresh green chillis, salt,


cooked through for about 10/15 mins throw in meat


Benny gets his share

10 minutes cook through let in infuse


cup or 2 of water, lid on, low heat, cook for an hour

 

Nicely reduced, meat soft as…throw in some garam masala, crushed dry fenugreek n fresh coriander…cook for 10 mins


Done…will eat with fresh Parathas from takeaway in about hour when the flavas are settled much better

 

Cant beat lamb in a curry.

Maybe only goat comes close
