Bad thing, we're short on quality in the C/B area, a real shame your Cahill bid failed we could've done with Bassong.
He must've been drinking last night, normally a very good poster. Leave it out 999, using the Y word is out of order, we've a QPR poster who finds that offensive as well. Chill out everyone
tbh imo etc etc....... I reckon the best thing we can hope for is spurs have an off day and that our defenders and holding midfielders actually play to their maximum as opposed to against Fulham Should be a cracking atmosphere though
Not sure where my post went but the key here is to stop Modric, assuming he's in the middle. Traore (if fit) and SWP will quite fancy it against Lennon and Walker and we need big performances from Young against Bale and Ferdinand against Adebayor like they gave last week. It's difficult to see us breaching Spurs' defence unless Taarabt pulls something out the bag but a 0-0 isn't impossible given we've kept plenty of clean sheets thus far. 3-0 Spurs is most likely though.
I'm not convinced Lennon will start this one Ade has looked unfit for the last couple of weeks, but assuming he is fit enough to start, 5 of our front 6 are certainties - Parker VDV (who IMO is a bigger threat to you than Modric) Luka Bale Ade. That leaves Defoe, Lennon, and possibly Sandro chasing that 6th spot. Harry will be tempted to start JD, and then it's hard to see any room at the Lane for Aaron. But, with both Ade and Sndro possible injury doubts, it's hard to call, as usual with Spurs.
We can't have both a cross board thread and a sticky. So far cross board threads have just encouraged idiot arguments so we have gone for making THFC6061 a sticky as most Spurs fans prefer that and it enables it to be used as our match thread. I have messaged Syd re this QPR thread and asked him to remove it from the Spurs board, we will see what happens.
So Spurf, you want a match thread removed just cos it MIGHT end up in an argument? And you won't put the other thread on our board? I'm think a few of you boys might be better on a Spurs only forum.
