    Date - Saturday 12 / 03 / 22

    Venue - Amex

    KO - 12 : 30

    TV - BT

Brighton are in a poor run of form at present having lost their last 4 As is normal at present assume there will be a fair bit of rotation so presumably Diaz Keita and Henderson start with possibly others .

.With Salahs recent form being slightly off i would be worried if i was BHA that Saturday will be the day he clicks again .

We've been playing poor for some time. Not sure we will get through these next two away games without dropping points.

Always struggle against Brighton but their forms been a bit iffy.

Webster still out I think which will be good for us. Hopefully Brighton don’t find their scoring boots like normally do. Tend to miss chance after chance all season then bang then in against us for some reason!!

Brighton have been very very mixed.

I have to say with the weight of games the pitch at Anfield looks slow and a bit cut up so we might even benefit playing away here. With the FA cup we now do not play again at anfield until Watford on April 2nd so the pitch is going to get 3 weeks of love and attention.

If felt passes look like they were a bit slow and had to be forced a tiny bit lately at home so anyhtign that improves us is good.

    Anyway:

    brighton line up:

    Sanchez
    Veltman/webster Dunk Cucurella
    Lamptey Moder Bissouma Macallister March
    Maupay Trossard

They seem to move an awful lot of players about recently like Cucruella in midfield v watford or lallana in for bissouma bizzarely. or Moder at LWB or no 10 or CM.

They have lost to man utd, brunely, villa and newcastle.

against newcastly they started a 4 at the back.... its very hard to tell what the **** they will do TBH.

    For us:

I think henderson starts. Back 4 changes are not advised nor with fabinho so the LCM spot is the question. I would expect diaz to start up top with salah so its who klopp rests next really. mane or jota?

    Alisson
    Trent Matip VVD Robertson
    henderson fabinho jones
    Salah mane Diaz

I have gone for that cos i feel we want Thiago in for arsenal midweek and he gives us the best platform there but is only back again form injury so we need to be careful.

Jota looks well off the pace so i'd like to gentle him in as well 30mins here and start v arsenal

They've gone to a back 4 last few months because they had dunk and Webster out injured and then lost burn.

Imagine it will be below back 4. Lamptey bene pushed up to rw last few games but could drop to rb if Trossard and the likes are all fit again now

    Veltman Duffy dunk Cucurella

seems to me to be a bit foolish to take your over lapping danger and show him so far up that he no longer is the extra man.

would have to call that a bit of a lumpy old back 4 really.

    If bissouma fit and that?
