Liverpool trio send Alberto Moreno support after “worst possible” injury
Former Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno received the “worst possible news” with a season-ending ACL injury, prompting his old team-mates to send support.

Moreno is into his third season with Spanish club Villarreal, having left Anfield on a free transfer in 2019, and this time around reclaimed his starting spot under Unai Emery.

Wow, feels longer than that, feels like he has been gone a decade. <laugh>

    Gomez
    Milner
    Henderson
    Ahem.tsimikas according to some.

I think we will be fine

Far to.much emphasis put on trent when we have vvd. Win them all 1-0 if we have to. Vvd has the smell of blood in his nostrils.

I mean we could play any of those players as goalkeeper too... Doesn't mean it's ideal.

It's certainly a big inconvenience having only one first team right back. I'm sure the burn from that burden is why TAA is injured now in the first place.

When could Trent return from injury?
In his pre-Forest press conference on Friday morning, Jurgen Klopp revealed that Alexander-Arnold had suffered a hamstring injury and he was facing a layoff of weeks.
The right-back has pulled out of the England squad to play Switzerland and the Ivory Coast, but his return date is as yet unconfirmed.
While the Press Association’s Carl Markham speculated that Alexander-Arnold could miss much of the April fixture list, the Times‘ Paul Joyce reports that he has pencilled in a much earlier comeback.

Does this mean he misses the England games?

    • Trent Alexander-Arnold‘s injury is not a ‘serious‘ one and he should be involved in much of Liverpool’s April schedule. Just the news we all wanted to hear!

    James Milner is back
James Milner has returned to Liverpool training after missing the wins at Arsenal and Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup quarter-final.
Trent Alexander-Arnold shared on social media that he had taken a trip to Dubai's NAS Sports Complex in his bid to return from a hamstring injury he sustained in the win over Arsenal last week. The right-back is hoping to make his return in the titanic clash against Manchester City on Sunday, April 10.

So we have word that trent is OK and likely to be back after watford game.

Robertson is a covid week off and then back in training for us I expect for run up to Watford.

Keita is a precautionary absence from internationals.

It's not too bad thus far.

Jurgen Klopp makes Mohamed Salah fitness admission
Jurgen Klopp has revealed Diogo Jota suffered a knock as Liverpool reached the Champions League semi-finals, but doesn’t think it will rule him out of Saturday’s FA Cup semi-final against Man City. The Portuguese started in attack alongside Roberto Firmino and Luis Diaz, but was replaced by Mohamed Salah just before the hour-mark.

But when asked about possible injuries, with one eye on facing Pep Guardiola’s side, the German revealed as things stand, his squad remains fully fit ahead of their trip to Wembley.

“Diogo got a knock in the first half,” Klopp told reporters. “I don’t know about Mo. Nobody told me yet. The two physios, nobody said to me Mo has a problem. At the moment, everybody should be fine."
