Down the front of your pelvis, like between the top of your thighs and pelvis ? could be psoas muscle. That can cause some horrible cramp like pains in your pelvis
One of those days today where I hated every minute of my workout. Those are the days that count Got the job done
Most people these days have a weak hip flexor. . Is this the area? If it is you can train the problem away
It sounds like what I get regularly from running and certain types of fitness work and Chaos is probably right that its your hip flexors. Suspect its a combination of skiing and then golf, which will both put a lot of strain on them. I find that a good stretching routine both before and after exercise really helps, as well as adding in some flexibility exercises during your workouts. This stretch is a good test of your hip mobility. When I first started doing it it was agony and I couldn't get my feet flat but amazing how much they open up as you keep doing it. I do it every morning before and after running. This will also improve strength in the hip flexors:
The huel report Tbh I'm finding the practicality of huel to be excellent. There's no way it can be a good idea to live on it, but just adding a protein shake and having it as your breakfast it makes life easier. Even just having some on standby for those times when you simply cannot be arsed to cook is better than just reaching for the bread bin. It's somewhere between pot noodle and healthy feel pretty good today and not starving to ****ing death
Gonna have two slices of some fresh bloomer buttered n put under grill for a few minutes 3 fried runny eggs salt n pepper water ooops wrong thread

There should be a loss of up to 1 stone, variations of the diet will have a MAJOR effect on the amount of weight you lose. Weigh yourself at the beginning and at the very end of the diet. That'll shred you.
However you prefer. When it's on dry toast, i'd go for soft fried or poached. When it's breakfast, boiled. As long as it's eggs, it doesn't matter, but you can't be adding butter and cream to scrambled for instance.
You lose a stone in a week apparently. Might give it a go but it needs to be if I'm working away, wouldn't be able to do this when i'm at home.
