I did it for a week, years ago. Never again.

It does work like as you’re consuming about 800 calories a day but think I’d rather die.

I've got the minerals... Tbh I'm only using it to add to my diet. Started a new job and only have a small window of opportunity to get my training in and a meal.. Means I only have to cook once or twice.

I know someone who swears by it. He has one a day instead of lunch though rather than living on it

It’s just calories in vs. calories out. If you have a 200 cal shake rather than a 700 cal lunch you’re going to lose weight. Once you get through the pain of losing your taste buds it’s probably fine.

Lost taste buds years ago, food is overrated. As long as it’s got the macros needed and fills me up for a few hours then that’s cool with me

Used to work with a guy for a couple of years who every lunch would have a tin of sardines tipped into a bowl. A can of cold baked beans poured on top, and crack 6 eggs into a pint glass and down them raw. Had the relevant macro split he needed and he could eat it in probably 2 mins or less. Some of the looks he used to get were pretty jokes. He was ****ing massive tbf so obviously worth it

Yeah **** that I’m getting jacked but not eating raw eggs. Sardines and beans sounds decent. Would like to Schlem work some magic with those ingredients.

Nah was alright actually, still enjoyed a night out/playing football etc just fully committed to the gym as well.

Also knew a guy at uni who was a fitness model. He was a sad ****, wouldn’t do anything as would impact him. Managed to earn enough money doing it to basically retire at 30 when he was too old to just have pictures of his abs be his job, so swings and roundabouts

The mac and cheese was nice tbh but my portion sizes are way bigger than what's provided.

Didn't go the gym this evening, I really am ****e with this Monday night idea, I just never feel like it.

The alarm is set for 5.45 and I'm going in the morning. Could be the making of me.

I've had this weird cramp feeling in my pelvis all day today. Very strange. Don't want to look too much into it ffs! It's okay a minute, but didn't feel right today.

Played golf yesterday morning for the first time in about three weeks and it absolutely battered me, was hobbling around after like I was 70 or something. Been aching like a mad man.

Didn't even have a glass of wine yesterday, so something is amiss!! Was looking at pics of @luvgonzo beers and even that didn't tempt me.

Think it's ptsd from the 2000 miles of driving last week.

Got a good 45 mins in this morning and did spin this evening so all good. In the office tomorrow where I get the gym to myself at lunch. Four months until hot girl summer.

    That was good.

Equally as busy as it is of an evening though so the idea it'd be quiet was wrong.

Bugs me when people ask how long you'll be. At 6.30 I'm the morning.
