TBH that's the way to do it, there should be no sentiment in football if you want to stay at the top.
Diaz is his replacement, Jota is Firminos replacement. I would imagine over the next 18 months you will be looking for a Salah replacement (possibly already identified one) and he will arrive next summer.

All three will need replacing eventually and I don't think sentimentality will hold them if Klopp sees better long term value elsewhere, but it's dangerous to transition all of them too quickly. One a year is a good replacement policy.
