That was disgraceful by Arsenal - and quite why the ref gave Cucho a yellow card is beyond me

 

We fought well.. But just some errors

 

Well commitment and spirit good, scored goals and felt we did ok against a good team.

 

Shame really.. Would have been good to have scrabbled a point..
Let's hope we can get points in our next three AWAY games... Yikes

 

Case of mistakes and missed chances - how did Dennis miss ?!

Cannot afford to do that against anyone let alone top teams.

Definitely was a strange move to take Louza off ahead of others

 

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if we beat both Wolves and Southampton. Six points from them coupled with a much improved performance today might just give us the confidence we need.

Roy said Louza was tired and not playing well.

Not sure many will agree there !

 

Sounds like another annoying loss.

 

I thought he was one of the best players on the pitch today, some of his passes were very clever.

 

He also says that the fans don’t like some players, but I don’t agree with that either - I think all we fans want is someone that is going to do a job and put 100% into their performance. I felt the boos were not against Kayembe, who I think has something to offer this team, but what I think we thought was a strange substitution, of a player who was really our only midfielder that could pick a pass.
Anyway think we were unlucky, and wonder if Hodgson or any of our bench had done the same as Arteta in the build up for the third, whether the goal would have stood??

 

Happened right in front of me. Absolutely disgrace both Tierney and Pawson.

The tone of the comment is rather aggressive and dismissive .

I mean he could have just said it’s my decision as manager.

I hardly think Louza was a big fans favourite really or Cleverley really disliked.

The odd rather rude comment about age etc on WFC forums aside .

I guess some refs might have stopped the game or told Arteta off .

Not quite as annoying as the emirates debacle, but not dissimilar shenanigans from arsenal. As a mate of mine said to me this afternoon: I'd rather lose than win like that.

 

Another frustrating game at vicarage Road

Shame about Dennis's goal in the first minute but that is our luck this season

We shot ourselves in the foot twice and they scored

They did the same three times and we could not take advantage, Dennis was almost a passenger after his goal was disallowed

Pedro had a great game, we need to keep him next season

One of the supporters near me s a ref and he said without doubt we should have had a penalty

Cucho scored goal of the season, well for us anyway

Kalu should have been brought on a lot earlier, his cameo could have shown that if we can get enough money for Sarr, see will not be left short

Next game should be Pedro, Kalu and Hernandez in attack
