    8 I reckon. 2 wins, 2 draws and a defeat against Rotherham.

We have to string some wins together or we can kiss the playoffs goodbye

I hope you’re right mate. Reckon we need to win at least 6 of our last 10 games to make the play-offs.

I reckon 7. That would give us 81 points and we would be damn unlucky to miss the play offs with that points haul.

Going by our history of a run of easy games 5 to 7 but if AN has a bit of magic power like LD probably 8<ok>

The last few seasons the average points the 6th team has got is 72 pts, therefore to get 75 we need to win 5 of our remaining games

We should be able to do that, but I think it will be higher this year.

Beat Rotherham, Oxford lose to Crewe and Morecambe i bet ! a season ending in disaster, 10 matches lucky to win 3, cannot beat mid table/crap teams for some reason we need about 16 points for 6th place jekyl and hyde performances though will cost us.

Sheff Wed conceded three goals, to a team on the fringes of the relegation zone, and managed one attempt o goal.

We're coming out of a dreadful period but have controlled the last two games without conceding a goal. With the likes of Broadhead coming back I think we'll build momentum now.

Can’t agree with that when we’ve dropped out of the play-offs. 2022 has been a disgrace for us, so far. ‘Right direction’ though <laugh> Be serious, man.

The results and slide down the table would be absolute fact that we are not.

What we are trying to implement. Maybe. But results king.

last 2 months has stuffed us massively, from top table form to relegation form and i very much doubt anyone can tell us why that happened...on the plus side, AN had a lot of work to do in a very short time, we are now looking at a team performing more like the start of the season than the start of the year, we were never 'suddenly' going to start winning games at a canter but i feel the rot has been stopped and the team are gaining confidence.

i honestly think the club will be making plans for next seasons promotion push rather than banking on anything this season, but one team always comes good at the right time so why not us for a change?

We are 1 in 5 mate and failed to beat a team who have been thumped off everyone.

Some patterns of our play are ok but I have to agree.

There is no positive to drawing against a team who are **** with no wins in 5 . No positive to dropping out of the play offs. No positive to 1 win in 5 with a new manager.

That's reality. We have to stop being so blind with the support. We are out of the play offs ffs. We are Sunderland. I remember a month a go the same posters were saying top 2 were on the cards.

Have a coffee. Take a look at it and make changes.

Speakman out. Start again next season.

Less than a week ago there was some on here telling me we could still go up automatically man! It’s mental. Madness. We need to go on a serious run just to make the top 6 now. As I said earlier, our 2022 has been a disgrace.
