Antonio tries to obstruct Alisson whenever West Ham gets a corner.

 

If West ham put just two up and bothered konate and vvd more they'd have more joy.

Is is me or does the pitch look just a bit slow?

 

Never like playing West Ham, very negative side that love to try and counter, horrible to watch and play against.

 

West Ham are always too physical, they don't usually play by the rules.

 

Overall. Average.

Salah worst for missing sitter and flopping about.

Would be keita but he busied himself a bit and improved his showing as the half went on.

Only issues we have are self inflected

 

We still should be 3-1 or 4-1 up. A little more composure in the box, West Ham are very aggressive and the ref is letting them get away with a few dodgy tackles

 

Wish Salah would pass instead of trying to get past 3 men every time he gets the ball. If there are 3 West Ham players around him that means there should be space elsewhere, such as on our left where Diaz has hardly had a touch.

 

Sadio Mane too clever not to be offside for his goal.

 

Really this one follows quite a few west ham games I've seen with us.

We are in control largely. Moues was totally focused on stopping us not scoring and they are really just hoping for a lo g ball or set piece.

Once no 2 goes in their heads drop here big time.

But if they score they will then dig in.

Salah must take his chances. That first one was pish. He's missing too many that he should be scoring at times and that's all that separates his amazing stats from the top top top legends.

 

Pundits just said statistically, West Ham have had more shots then any other side as managed (against us) in one half of football since Klopp arrived. Can't remember them really threatening bar the Trent goal line clearance

That was probably 3 of their shots and then Antonio lashed.3 hopeful hits off hoofs.

They are always trying to make out there's a game.on to keep interest.

Think about 5 of them were from outside the box that alisson just dealt with.

Been a few that should have seen yellow but didn't.

The run by Diaz in the first half saw a yellow for an attempted (failed) trip but nothing for the blatant trip that the freekick was awarded for.

Yup. The ending of that was borderline red from.zouma but mitigation with Dawson flopping about behind the line.

Not even a yellow for zouma the cat worrier.....
