I'm in my old Sanderson yellow/blue instead of the usual red polo. Will changing it at halftime do the trick? We'll see I'll claim all the glory deny any responsibility later.

I've just changed stream to my Peacock one. That may help.

We all have to do what we can. I've seen some crackpot conspiraloon mass hypnosis stuff latley apparently Eric Clapton is a believer but will it work on footy players?

Wasn’t able to watch the game, so all my superstitions are still sound. The rest of you though, tsk tsk.

It's all my fault folks, at 13.00 hours I was putting some salt on my chips and dropped the salt cellar and as I attempted to catch it I tripped over my black pet cat and fell under the step ladder I was using for decorating and knocked it onto a mirror which fell and smashed into pieces on the floor....soz..:(

Well at least those of us that declared our rituals no longer have to do them.

Sitting in the Arhcer's Road stand back in the 1990s there used to be a bloke who worked with my Dad who took a plastic model Matt Le Tiss to each game. Whenever if got boring, the plastic Le tiss was passed around forpeople to rub his head so that the real MLT would score a goal.

I thought the same as soon as I had posted it but could not see an alternative way of describing this

No superstitions in my life under any circumstances. I made a conscious decision about ten years ago when I became a true sceptic that they were all utter bollocks and I stopped doing any of them.

    Dull but true.

I pick my nose at superstition, and spit in the eye of fate. You can all blame me if we don’t stuff the Toon tonight <ok>
