    Anyone who bangs Liz Hurley is a legend, but more seriously Shane Warne was a genuine legend of sport. A legend of a guy, a legend of cricket and the master of top bantz.

    I remember watching that first ball to Gatting, it was unbelievable, each time you saw it was the same disbelief. Then I thought it must be a fluke but he just kept doing it. For me Shane Warne along with Malcolm Marshall were the two most interesting and exciting bowlers in the world. Sadly both died young. Just like that first ball I can't believe he's gone.

    The Gatting ball is legendary.

    I think I had seen leg spinners in the 80s (Abdul Quadir - sp ?? )
    at international level, but prior to that day had no idea
    what was physically possible compared to off spinners.
