Clyde have backtracked on their decision to take David Goodwillie back on loan: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/60605957 Everybody seemed happy enough when he was playing for them earlier in the season though.....
Ruben Dias out 4-6 weeks. That's one player they'll be missing for the QF (and a bloody big one too).
TBF if I could pick 3 players for City to be without for the game Dias would be one of them. Brilliant CB. They're vulnerable at the back without him.
Absolutely. KDB and Silva too, would be good. Oh, and Mahrez, Foden, Grealish, Ederson, and so on and so on…
Looks like the U.K. and Republic of Ireland bid for Euro 2028 is set to win without competition. The article (admittedly in the Daily Mail) has a list of venues supposedly under consideration, as it’s in the Mail I take it with a pinch of salt but I notice that there doesn’t appear to be a single venue in Southern England once again (I refuse to count London venues here). Expecting an expansion to 32 Teams, when played across 5 Nations I would be hoping for 16 venues, surely we can crowbar something down this way into that!
As Man United showed it isn’t one you can just snap into quickly. Takes work. They might be better placed as their players will actually run around
So Chelsea fans chose to chant Abramovich during what should have been applause for the Ukrainian people - what a class-act - ****ing sick morons!
I've started watching Serie A on BT Sport and tonight's match is a treat - Napoli v AC Milan. It's started off at 100mph.
Not smart. I do understand they want to pay respect to the man for what he's done at Chelsea but there's a time and a place.
