Our government is financed by the taxpayer. It is our money that they spend at all levels. History tells us that mostly government wastes our money, irrespective of its political ideology.

We should be buying a lot more Russian gas (like the Germans) given the amount of money they have bunged the Tories. All our top universities get bunged fortunes every year by the Chinese to train the next generation of the CCP leadership, so the Russians are not getting value for money from Boris and his mates.

SAGE Admit Forecasts Were Wrong But Blame Brits.

When the ultra-transmissible variant struck, SAGE scientists warned that deaths could peak at 6,000 a day, sparking calls for another lockdown.

But in reality, fatalities only reached 300 a day, a quarter of the levels seen last winter.

Professor Graham Medley, who chairs a modelling group feeding into SAGE, told MPs it was almost impossible to predict human behaviour and that it was his job to consider pessimistic outcomes.
