Let’s be honest. The reason most folk were cheering on Lesta in their title year was because they didn’t want the spuds to win it Spuds ended up coming 3rd in that two horse race in the end so ultimately it was a moot point.

The traditional big clubs all had a bad year and I think even most Leicester fans would probably agree that the title race would have looked different if they had all properly shown up. Not really Leicester's fault the competition all dropped the ball. They kept their cool and had a good run throughout. But forget the big six. Where was Everton, Villa, Newcastle, etc, the other teams that occasionally fight with the big six. Before Leicester's title I think most people would have considered one of them more likely to pick up slack from the regular contenders. Leicester leap frogged all them too.

38 games week after week. Everyone thinking the next game they played it would all come to an end. But the others couldn't end it. For 38 games. If anything it's the best example of why, winning the league can never be a fluke.
Interesting because Abramovich hasn't had the club taken away from him, unless someone is suggesting he's been tipped off about being sanctioned, time, date etc. As tipping off is a serious criminal offence. Roman is doing all this out of the goodness of his heart.
