Exciting development when did City buy the stadium? Nothing on the website or on the twitter feed?

 

Crikey 20 years on and still the same old toxic argument over the ground sharing .

 

Always said thus would have been better for FC....and athletics locally.

 

Don’t need to buy the stadium just need to continue to pay our way which the glory supporting egg chaser club don’t

 

Also as I mentioned before MR Sewell hasn’t got involved because he loves Rovers , think you’ll find he loves property and NHS and Council money a lot more.

Don't know the in's and out's mate but they've said they're solvent enough to buy the stadium.

Now that's interesting and not what is generally believed to be the case .

The accounts do not show a breakdown of who pays what, for want of a better description. Rental Income was £1,293,311.

 

Would Hull FC’s accounts show what they’ve paid?

Wouldn’t it have been useful to show an ‘inflated rent, I assume the taxman or auditors would need to verify that at some point though?

 

Again, no. But looking at the accounts, I cannot see a figure anything like 700,00 either. Trade creditors is 300thousand ish, but that could be other than rent payable.
