I think all the English players have a mark up included as all of them are on the high side.

Wilson's always feckin injured and plenty of time when he's playing he's anonymous.

Wood makes his presence felt up front and causes problems for defenders and are other players take advantage.

Has Wood done some Maori Tohnga Mind games here or something? WTF is going on?

Maybe we can hope he's a decent CB or something and does a Joelinton that way but he will forgotten quicker than Facundo Ferreyra as a striker, who probably did more for the club not playing a single minute than Chris Wood has managed so far <laugh>

He's a striker that can't score, blazes shots and misses free headers? Am I missing something? He doesn't link the play particularly well, cant beat a man, can't outrun a defender, his passing - bar last week (against 10 men) - is sub 50%. He's missed 3 free headers in the 6 yard box on top of helping to costus 2 points vs Watford through sloppy hold up play. He's a trier and he makes a nuisance of himself and allows us to try and get some second balls... So what? People on this board have slandered some hard trying players like Mitro or Hayden who've done more for the club (and scored more) than Chris Wood will ever manage in his 6 month stint here yet now we're saying Chris Wood should be mentioned in the same breath as Wilson?

    Poetry, this.

He's a ****ing carthorse. No, too monile - as he's Wood, he's more like the horsecart. Big, immobile, in the way, can't do a ****ing thing without being pulled along.

I think the person who valued them must have been on the high side!

    6 games 4 wins 2 draws

Fortunately Eddie sees the value of Big Chris. He knows his onions does wor Eddie. I spoke to him earlier and he said “GR4 can stick his useless Sam Allardyce type stats up his jacksie, and Roland? The last good Roland was a rat”

What? 6 whole games without goal? No decent striker has ever gone that long without scoring... What's that? Who did? How many games you say? Well yes, but... but...

No he's like Pep and Klopp, he refuses to get lost in stat bollocks so he focused on putting that rubbish to bed mainly. He said there is only two 'stats' that matter - 1. 14 points from a possible 18. 2. League position 14th.

He just laughed at the other stuff, especially trying to blame the 2 points lost against Watford. He said to ask you two questions: 1. Do you enjoy my press? If you do then he said you should appreciate Big Chris. 2. Do you like gathering points instead of losing all the time? If you do then he said you should appreciate Big Chris. He said he is doing a stellar job of keeping Callum's shirt warm, and its difficult to disagree with him <cheers> E I E I E I O, Up The Premier League We Go...
