Basically our subs bench against 5th in the league.

 

I don't recall Ralph ever making so many changes in the FA Cup in previous seasons. Why else change it, especially given our league position?

 

I guess if they made it clear to Ralph the priority is the PL.

 

Hmmm the performance is definitely living up to the line up so far

 

Money is a possibility. Finishing 7-8th is worth £20m more than 14th. A cup final win nets about £2m. It's arguably easier to get a higher league position as it stands. Mind you Chelsea aren't doing very well.

 

Managers in all walks of life get set targets and told what to prioritise by their employers. I doubt football is any different than other businesses in that regard

Armstrong has done well a few times coming deep then either turning or laying it off but each time Djenepo has broken up the move with an error.

I like Moussa but he does suffer from one step over too many syndrome. At least he's attacking I suppose.

 

Great defending there though.

 

Moussa nearly scores………..at the wrong end. Not filling me with confidence.

 

We’ve looked ok at time but very vulnerable, spam have carved us open a few times with one pass.

 

Djenepo's really good at tracking back.
