If he plays 4-2-2-2 then who are the two up top? The holding midfielders would be Forshaw and Koch I'd imagine with Klich and Dallas backing up. The wide midfielders are perfect for Raphinha on the right and Rodrigo on the left (a position he excelled at in Valencia). Dallas, possibly James, Summerville and Klich in reserve. Up top is from Gelhardt, Roberts, James and Rodrigo. You lot might be disturbed to find out that Roberts could start and I'd say probably will do. I think HE will go with.... ----------------Meslier Ayling-Llorente-Struijk-Dallas ---------Forshaw--Koch --Raphinha---------------Rodrigo -----------Roberts---James
I don't agree myself but I am reading a few reports that Greenwood could be the guy who benefits the most from JM. I say don't agree, I have had very little watching of him in fairness
Hjelde out injured (knee) Greenwood played 90mins last night, the players I named either didnt play or just played 45mins mate
I don't think we will see that for a while until he has had longer on the training ground. At Salzburg he used 4-4-2 and 4-2-3-1 and I'd hazard a guess the 4-2-3-1 will be the easiest for our players to adapt to the quickest and it would mean a three of James, Harrison, Rapha unless he plays Rodrigo and drops Harrison
Apologies if this has been posted before, but it’s quite funny. JM in a multi-lingual rant … to be fair, a multi-lingual rant at 3-0 down that that did turn the game around
I agree but because we haven't bought any midfielders and Phillips is unavailable we don't have many options.
He likes youth and you may see Bate and Gelhardt told to go out and perform or be brought off at half time…… we really dont know what he will do or who he will pick or where they will play
