Agree with all of that. Just trying to point out that sacking Bielsa is a little different to binning off a plumber.

That thought went through my head as specialty as we now understand Marcelo was leaving at the end of the season

Would love to know if Bielsa was leaving of his own accord at the end of the season, or if he was going to be sacked unless he signed a new deal. Was the plan to replace him without informing him. I hear that marsch was on Bielsas list to take over and we know Orta has been speaking to him for a couple of years. I hope it was all planned, except for last week

What on earth you on about bielsa was leaving end of the season. The new coach was lined up already hence why he waited to start work with us. Can't wait to hear your next conspiracy theory on putin and the west.

But what if he was paid excessively well to fix up the house and was given all the up to date tools (money) which many others could only dream about!

I would assume he was paid the amount that had been agreed by both parties and a contract renewed on an annual basis. From time to time he would have been asked if he needed any more tools to complete the work, to which he would provide a list of ideal tools for the job, of which the homeowner would only buy a small proportion saying that they'd tried really hard but the wrench he wanted simply wasn't available, was far too expensive or had failed a quality check. After which, the plumber would respond to questions in the local newspaper saying that he had all the tools he needed and would only replace then with tools that were better than the ones he had, if they became available. In the meantime, he had secretly been working with the homeowner in training up a new, younger apprentice who would take over in the near future, but the plumbers insistence on sink relocation resulted in the homeowner panicking that the flashy, rich american buyer would no longer buy his house for the ridiculous amount of money they'd agreed so told the plumber you're too old and stubborn, **** off quick, that new guy can take over.

I'm confused. Is Marsche a kitchen fitter on the side?

Did he do a **** job on Blono's kitchen?

I don't know what the **** is going on.

Marcelo Bielsa lovely man and dead honest. Never cheated even with derby binocular gate. That was just a misunderstanding you know.
The tactics he had us playing were Amateur and so predictable. He had to go and it should have been sooner. His team selections were bordering on insane the guy had lost the plot.
This new coach will not be so predictable and i for one welcome the change. Yes i wanted Bielsa to go and last summer too. His pathetic use of a small squad in prem football was mystifying. His refusal to recruit more players in January.
He froze out pontus who needed his entitled holidays after playing for his country. Something happened with pablo and he too got the cold shoulder. I was disgusted when he allowed the walk in goal.. Genius? Not for me and nowhere near Leeds best manager.
Rads was hailed as our saviour when he took over. He talked to the fans and tried to improve the club. Fans stated they loved what he was doing. We are in the prem and he wants us to take the next step. Well good for him and i hope it works out. A coach has got the sack after inept displays by his squad. A squad i may add who lots are now blaming for his downfall. But the week before were saying we needed more and better players and players were past it. Don't pick on the players it is not their fault.
What did Bielsa ever win at club football?.. Nothing of note did he?.
I for one will not be blubbering while holding a candle and singing cumbybloodyahh.
The king is dead long live the King.

That would have required the agreement of Bielsa, and if he was as stubborn as suggested, why would he have listened to anyone else?

"We've lost a point because of a professional who cannot do his job right. It is so incompetent to get it wrong," Lampard said following the game at Goodison Park.
So Fat Frank sets his stall out, everyone else is to blame.
    He's a disgusting individual.

I have to confess to being confused, you say Marcelo should have gone last summer ie after leading us to a 9th place finish in our first season
No doubt if we survive this season and finish 9th next season you will be calling for a change

    Afternoon all…

I’ll never forget Bielsa but I’m over him and quite excited about the new guy.

I’m only repeating myself when I say I’ve never believed Bielsa could handle the “modern day footballer”.

We’ve got ourselves a modern version of Bielsa, we should be happy.

I’ll bet he is nowhere near as good at changing an average Championship player into a Premier League one… But I bet he is more equipped at handling those already good enough to grace the pitch.

Give him a few weeks and I’ll bet the likes of Firpo and Rodrigo look like new players, I’m going to end on a negative as I don’t believe there is any hope with Roberts.

Come on Rich, it surely has to be clean slate for everyone.

All the players deserve the chance to impress the new coach and with different roles and responsibilities to before we’ll know soon enough who’s in his thinking.
