Not often I agree with Dunc, but he is right on this. What those raving about Ukraine really need to ask themselves whether they want to risk nuclear ( or nukular in the modern idiom) annihilation in support of a non Nato country.

The military are straining at the leash to up the anti by imposing a no fly zone. I don't think that Putti will hold back from going nukular if this happens. Fortunately us Boomers don't have a great deal to lose. Putti will only deprive us of a few years parked up eating boiled cabbage.

 

So we can just invade who we want bomb and steal all their resources and destabilise entire regions?

Neither Ukraine or Russia are Nato members let the EUROPEAN UNION sort it out .

You are avoiding what I am saying. Saddam was first fought by USA, etc. due to invading Kuwait. Bush Senior should have continued and got rid of him then. Bush Junior realised his dad shouldn't have aborted. WMDs were Blair's excuse for joining in.
