Nuke the Kremlin. It's the only way. If he's going to nuke anyone who tries to stop what he's doing, then a preemptive strike is the only way. The EU countries are too $hit scared to do anything apart from tell him what a naughty boy he is, and hit him with some sanctions. Putin knew exactly what the pathetic EU response would be, and it was never going to stop him.

    From the Daily Fail:

‘… But India, which has close ties with Moscow and is a major purchaser of Russian weapons, has refrained from joining the sanctions - and China is also not imposing sanctions, saying they have never resolved any problems….’

Putin prepares to use 'father of all bombs' as Ukraine fights advance
    https://mol.im/a/10552743

…. then apply sanctions to them too - if it makes no difference they won’t have anything to worry about.

it’s time for us to take action. No more Chinese imports and no more cheap Indian IT and Call Centre labour.
FFS we might end up actually producing our OWN stuff for a change….

Nobody has any idea what he really wants and I suspect he doesn't either.

FUNNY ... sometime back [ couple years ] I recall making a similar comment. It was to do more so with the throwaway age I recall .. call it thingummyjig ... MADE IN CHINA cost say £10, has a 12 month guarantee [ needed for country sold in in/ or company suppling it ] not designed to be repairable so made cheaply with cheap materials, After 9 month's fails, takes a month to get replaced after all the paper work/ emails/ etc.. replacement has no guarantee, maybe statutory 3month.
Fails after 12 month's and you have to buy a new one now costs £11-12 etc etc
buy one made in UK /EUROPE proper materials is repairable and lasts 3-4 years or longer cost £12.50 besides costing up to 25% more local [uk / europe ] labour so a job or 2 or 3 or 4 = wages = tax = .gov gets more peeps contributing so keeps tax down more individuals have money to spend. SO buy more even if just a couple pints a week == more jobs and etc etc etc etc.
Europe is working on using htdrogen gas instead of "natural" hey guess what all the pipe work already in place!

I reckon we need to up the ante on the flying restrictions by banning all airlines that land anywhere in Russia or have any connection with the Putin mob. The knock on effect of these sanctions would essentially cut off all traffic in and out of Russian airports and the only way out would be through allied thugs supporting this action in Ukraine. All the known or suspected allies of Putin living in England should be taken to the airport where they keep their private jets and told to leave the country immediately and it is well known that Abramovich is way up on that list.

Seizing all their assets in the country would also help and could force these oligarchs to finally see the light about how Putin's actions could seriously affect their ill gotten gains. It will take the people to get rid of this maniacal killer whose actions have taken the world to the edge of the unthinkable. We can destroy this planet in 2 ways and the first is currently under way and perhaps if the world spent more money on the environment, which is the 2nd way, perhaps we could feed the starving and heal the sick with the money wasted on the first reason. All countries have to wake up to the real facts of life and what we could achieve with co-operation replacing confrontation.

It’s a tragedy unfolding before our eyes. All that destruction. All those people dying - the Ukrainians - and all those thousands of young Russian boys too who are being sent to their deaths by ‘Putain’ - if the latest news is to be believed they were told they would be welcomed with open arms. Putin is committing crimes against his own soldiers as well as the Ukrainians.
I hope the Russian people hold him to account when their sons/brothers/fathers/cousins start returning home in body bags in huge numbers.

We're dealing with the delusions of a madman. The man is paranoid enough to believe his personal power in the country is absolute. We can only hope there are more rational forces around the Kremlin to realise that this route is the road to nowhere.

Although the Russian state severely limits the freedom of information to the populace, the "disinformation" and censorship of the cold war days has gone. Modern communications technology is feeding the masses like never before. Only the dyed in the wool, probably more elderly of them will continue to accept the endless propaganda.

The worry is that the madman has realised this and will push on regardless until he's stopped by his own people - there seems no way it can be done externally. The internal moral dissent coupled with crippling effects of sanctions on the daily lives of ordinary folk particularly the younger element is going to build.

Someone has to take him down internally and that might not be too long in coming - as long as it's not too late.

I always thought that the world would regard Gorbachev as a history maker, a man who would make the world a safer place. Oh for that to be the case now!

Putrid needs to be taken out by someone or by peeps on the inside. It seems like he is wearing body armour and no pics of him are close to anyone else .. a fear of being attacked at close quarters?? I bet his food is sampled by SOME ONE who is then monitored for a few hours then his portion eaten cold ... lol! .. or micro waved ...
THE 40 MILE of armour... hopefully the targets by Ukranians are the support vehicles as opposed to the the tanks ETC rumours some tanks ran out of fuel!?
War crimes ... the Generals and Oligarths will be aware of western news and what is in the pipeline You can bet USA has hours of satellite imagery on who was where when certain actions took place.....
estimated 4500 Russian soldiers have died even if it is over estimated maybe 3000 that is a lot of families wanting to know where the body is ... RUSSIA WILL NOT dare to have them shipped home ... ! Ukraine has also captured quite a number of Russians.. [ in the tens of ] and these will either be die hards or conscripts would suspect mostly the former as were advance special forces .....
what an opportunity for the / those peeps like chechans and guerilla fighters to get involved whilst main Russian attention is in one area ..
The history books will show that Vladimir Putrid was an equal to ADOLF H. whilst not exactly persecuting in the same way, but in such a way as to to have persecuted and terrorized his own people... he will become a "vlady no mates"
whether he backs down, occupies, destroys UKRAINIAN military he has successfully destroyed Russia for another 2 or more decades .. the world is now a very unforgiving place..........

My original title on this thread has now become even more sinister under Putin's madness. I am sure all western nations want him taken out and are itching to thump Russia where it hurts but the kind of response that is really needed would set the world on fire. It has become obvious that he will not stop at anything to reach whatever his goal has become and we are teetering so close to the edge I think quite honestly that we all have a dread of where this situation will lead.

The next 2 days could be critical because Putin is raising the ante by his heavy bombardment of Ukranian cities followed by a large ground invasion that probably will over run the defences currently in place around Kiev. Last night I tracked an American Air Force Globemaster on it's way from Ramstein to Poland and watched it land in Poland right next to the border with Ukraine and I was almost hoping that the plane carried sufficient weaponry to destroy the Russian units that are sitting ducks on the roads close to the capital. One American ex-general said last night that the Russians had left themselves wide open for attack as they were road bound with no cross country option due to conditions on the ground from winter moisture. Having to travel on the main roads in clear sight must be a detriment to forward movement and I am surprised that Ukraine hasn't been able to take them on and so I hope that the plane I watched last night was carrying tank busting weapons.

Other ex-soviet era countries must be messing their collective pants and I wonder at what point does the Nato alliance and the western allies say enough is enough? Troop build up in surrounding nations must surely be under way and Putin has to be getting daily updates on the situation but the scary part for me is I truly believe the man has lost his mind in his attempt for total control of a newer and nastier Soviet Union. Putin's persona has changed over the last year, and not for the better, because he has become more threatening and noticeably more isolated from his charges which leads me to think that not all of his mob are on board with his madness and hopefully will pull the trigger on him and not his nuclear arsenal.

The stories coming out of Ukraine are shocking and the actions of the invaders are nothing short of war crimes and violations of human dignity but I still think the worst atrocities are yet to come. The hatred of the Putin backers has no bounds and I heard comments about the rats in Ukraine that need eliminating and also the Nazi ideologies of the government headed by a Jew (go figure that one?). The main man has lost his head in a fog of self importance and greed and we have to hope that someone in Russia will wake up and smell the roses and not blood.

ON the face of it you could lean toward some of it being [ very very mildly ] OK. To answer the whole article, read it twice, it is so full of holes that it could be described as a collander article, and you would need pages of script.....!!!!

First OFF ... why is NATO in existence to protect from USSR INVASION /ATTACK up to MIKAIL's reign when he embraced the west and Russia made massive steps toward humanity and prosperity. Since Putins second term it has all gone tits up .. was re elected by what was deemed .."returned to the presidency in 2012 in an election marred by allegations of fraud and protests; he was reelected again in 2018. In April 2021, following a referendum, he signed into law constitutional amendments including one that would allow him to run for reelection twice more, potentially extending his presidency to 2036.[8][9]"

“You don’t have to look far for examples. First, without any approval from the UN Security Council, they carried out a bloody military operation against Belgrade, using aircraft and missiles right in the very centre of Europe. [They carried out] several weeks of continuous bombing of cities and critical infrastructure.

First comparison of his intentions which are starting to bleed through... but with a twist! At the time of this action, it had been discovered the atrocities of what Serbia had been doing with ethnic cleansing and the vast amount of war crimes being committed. to have not gone in hard and stopped everything would have been severe miscalculation and just how many more would have suffered the atrocities...

to be quite honest it appears like he is talking into a mirror, reading from a script and rehearsing for an oscar winning performance for directing and producing a re enactment film of events in his life time .... but he is his own hero, the hero doing it his way and believing he will succeed where other dictators failed .............

Zelensky, is a Jew and we all know they are very protective their own, Israel has Mossad and they have been very protective and secretive of their own for decades. AS peeps get older certain aspects of their "ageing process" is difficult to replicate. They say there is a few looka likes.. well you can bet your bottom dollar more than one " under cover agency!" will have all the up to date pics of which one is him! be very wary Vladimir McMillan TAC-50 + MOSSAD = danger!!

Living in Canada as long as I have has given me a very good insight into the Ukranian way of life and over the years I have come to include several of them as my friends. Thousands came for a new life in Canada after the Russian revolution and were given free land out on the prairies to farm under the harsh conditions they were used to tilling back in their homeland. At first they received the usual poor welcome but over time they earned the respect of the locals due to their continued hard work and willingness to integrate into their new community.

Over breakfast I watched the singing of the Ukranian National Anthem last night at the Winnipeg Jets versus Montreal Canadiens in the NHL and was in tears at the response from the crowd of about 20,000 during the event. There are about 2 million Ukranians in Canada with approximately 180,000 living in Manitoba where the game was played and I believe that the anthem will be played at all NHL games in Canada. I am not very good at creating links to the scene but I'm sure not many will avoid tears watching the tribute so if you are a good googler and are interested I would welcome your response.

The situation has now become even more tragic as it seems Putin has gone mad and will not listen to the heartbeat of the world and I fear for our future under this barbaric threat. He has already in essence started World War 3 and I think he is waiting on the reaction of the opposition countries to his war crimes and is licking his lips at a full on confrontation to apparently show his strength in depth. Putin will use every chance to blame those who rebel as a threat to his dictatorship and is looking for the merest of excuses to up the ante and unless he is stopped the outcome will be catastrophic.

Stay confident that common sense will prevail over aggression.
